I need an experienced WordPress plugin developer to write a plugin to display rotating banner ads with specific functionality for selection, display and analytics. I am expecting to spend between US$500-$1000.

Banner ads can consist of snippets of HTML/Javascript code, shortcodes provided by other plugins or PHP functions that are supplied by the user. this plugin will allow them to be inserted into theme templates, posts/pages via a shortcode, or widget menus.

I have looked at a number of existing plugins on wordpress.org, e.g. Datafeedr Random Ads, AdRotate, Ad Minister, Advertising Manager. None of these have the exact set of features that I want.

You must be competent in WordPress 2.9, shortcodes, widgets and using the following technologies: MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AJAX programming preferably using the jQuery library.
Your PHP code must be commented, neatly formatted and follow a standard for naming of variables.

Your code must secure – that is, immune from buffer explots, SQL injection and PHP injection attacks.
All user interfaces, e.g. administration, should also be logical, neatly laid out and easy to use.

In your response, please include information that demonstrates your competence in the above technologies, including links to any plugins that you have developed in the past and are available on your website or wordpress.org

If you decide to use third-party code or libraries as part of your implementation, you must have the legal right to use that code for commercial purposes. the copyright of any code developed for this project shall be assigned to me.

My preferred payment method is Paypal, and I am open to using a reputable escrow service if that is desired.
